Rosie Dolan Baker

A partner with Inside Results, Rosie has more than 26 years in key leadership and consulting roles, in public and private organizations, as well as the military. She held increasingly responsible leadership positions in financial management, auditing, human resources and general management. As a senior manager, she served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, an enterprise-wide human resource function focusing on building the organization’s effectiveness through corporate-wide interventions. In this position, she was one of the senior leaders earning national acclaim for its Leadership Development, HR and Succession Planning innovation and effectiveness. Rosie’s innovative and participative command of an Army Reserve Military Intelligence company earned the distinguished honor of Best Company-sized Unit in her Army Command.

Rosie is passionate about her mission of helping-- leaders, employees and organizations-- reach their potential. She began her consulting career as an internal change agent. She played key roles in custom-designing organizational, team and individual interventions to maximize performance and productivity. Rosie is also a dynamic and sought-after trainer, facilitator, coach and public speaker. She is known for her work with transformational leadership development, culture change and conflict management. Today, Rosie does extensive leadership coaching with managers for corporate, government and non-profit clients, from CEO to supervisor, as well as custom-design leadership curriculum and custom interventions for her diverse clients, from corporate organizations such as Caterpillar, to city and federal organizations.

Rosie earned her BS in Education, with honors, from Cleveland State University, MBA, with honors, from the University of Akron, and an advanced Certificate in Organizational Change from American University. She attended numerous Finance, Military Intelligence and leadership formal specialty schools. She is qualified in the use of many development and intervention tools and instruments, including Myers-Briggs, Leadership Impact, The Leadership Circle. Rosie is back in school to seek her coaching certification, from the International Coaching Federation. Married to Rick, Rosie is originally from the Midwest and lives with her family in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
